 Iraq expells Blackwater mercenaries!

Are the Iraqi's finally growing balls after sundays bloodbath that left eleven civilians dead due to a gun battle in the streets with Blackwater security contractors/mercenaries.
Blackwater has been expelled pending an investigation into the incident.
This is just another example of the failure that is becoming more obvious with each passing day with the presents of American Troops in Iraq!

Also exploiting public rage over the killings of what police said were 11 civilians by Blackwater guards, anti-American cleric Muqtada al-Sadr demanded that the government ban all 48,000 foreign security contractors.
Al-Sadr's office in Najaf said the government should nullify contracts of all foreign security companies, branding them "criminal and intelligence firms."

"This aggression would not have happened had it not been for the presence of the occupiers who brought these companies, most of whose members are criminals and ex-convicts in American and Western prisons.
Al-Sadr insisted that the government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki prosecute those involved and ensure that families of the victims receive compensation.

Now all they need to do is demand that US forces get out of Iraq, when will George Bush realize that this is Iraq's war?
Its past the time for our people there to come home!

 Conservative Idiots Abound

KSFO radio in San Francisco talk show host Lee Rodgers said of Hurricane Katrina refugees, "the people who have been freeloading for two years are whining because the gravy train is slowing down," adding, "At what point after a disaster and personal hardship are people expected to start taking care of themselves again? Is one hurricane supposed to be a permanent lifelong ticket on a bleeping gravy train? Come on!"

Co-host Melanie Morgan's response: "they're trying to fix the unfixable in the rest of the city and in the mean time every politician in the country is pandering, spending billions of dollars and putting it in what? A rat hole!

Later on the show, Rodgers say's: "I don't wanna hear anymore of this crap from people in Louisiana saying 'Gimme, gimme, gimme.' Shut the hell up. Solve your own problems. It's been two years, grow up."

And I for one -- now, I'm all in favor of helping needy people, but at what point do you say, "Hey, it's time you people got up off your asses, went to work, and earned your own way"? End Quotes!

You would have to wonder what those two think of the situation in Iraq, and when is that nation going to get of their asses go to work and help themselves.

The multi-billion dollar contracts that are being handed out to Halliburton, The Carlyle Group, and others to rebuild A nation that is beyond repair would go A long way in rebuilding New Orleans, the problem with that is that the majority of the people that were effected by Katrina are black, and they probably wouldn't be killing our people, so why spend the money on one of our nations cities when we can build more bombs and make those contractors richer fixing the stuff that we have blown up.
Rodgers, and Morgan, you two are absolute idiots, conservative nazis..Heil Bush.. we who are about to die salute you!

 MoveOn.org and hypocrisy!

MoveOn runs an ad calling General Petraeus "General Betray Us".
Eli Pariser the executive director of this political non-action org.should look at his own reluctant name calling image in a mirror.
On April 23rd of this year citizens in over 120 locations expressing their desire to push for the impeachment of Bush and Cheney took it to the streets! Has MoveOn shown their willingness to tackle that issue headon? Hell no!.. will they? hell no!
They did one of their mini surveys with a small group of their members on the issue, but most of their members say they haven't been ask their opinion by MoveOn!
They boast a membership number of over 3 million, yet they won't push for Congress to table already existing legislation H.R.333 introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio.
If they want to bring troops home from Iraq, this would be one way to insure that they could at least get the ball rolling in that direction, so by their reluctance I can only assume that they aren't really that interested in the troop exodus of Iraq!
And though they accuse this administration of high crimes and midemeanors, they are still dragging their feet.

Do they want to show their leadership and actually start A political action that will float, or would they rather keep raising funds for name calling campaigns, and candle burnings?
Pariser is supposedly the king of online petitions, so why hasn't he started one on this issue, could it be that online petitions don't bring in cash, HELLO!

Pelosi: President's Policy is a Path to 10 More Years of War in Iraq

WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Speaker Nancy Pelosi released the following statement today after meeting at the White House with President Bush on Iraq:

"President Bush's policy announced by General Petraeus is a path to 10 more years of war in Iraq. General Petraeus' testimony to Congress drew a bright line: redeployment is not an option; endless war in Iraq is the Administration's only option.

"Under the Bush plan, 130,000 Americans will remain in harm's way in Iraq at a cost of hundreds of billions of additional taxpayer dollars. This status quo policy was rejected by General James Jones, whose recent report stated that significant force reductions are possible and that we must reduce our military footprint in Iraq.

"The Bush-Petraeus plan of 130,000 Americans in Iraq for 10 more years is not a reduction in our footprint; it is an insult to the intelligence of the American people to call that a new direction. It is a status quo plan that tells the Iraqi government that they do not need to change.

"The American people long ago rejected the President's plan to stay in Iraq, which is why they voted for a New Direction in 2006. Yet, with his veto pen and the 60-vote hurdle in the Senate, the President is preventing the redeployment of our troops, the rebuilding of our military, and the refocusing of our nation's efforts on fighting terrorism."

SOURCE Office of the Speaker of the House
________________________________________________________________

Ms Pelosi, Your lack of courage is an insult to the intelligence of the American people, you have been urged from ever direction including members of congress to bring the articles of impeachment to the table, yet you refuse. If you don't have the courage to take on this criminal administration, do the nation a favor and resign your office, and turn it over to someone that does!
You are the 3rd most powerful elected offical in our government, yet all you do is whine about what Bush and company plan for us in Iraq, do you not realize that these people are guilty of numerous crimes against this and other nations?
Sorry Nancy but your words are as empty as your head.

 Responsible leadership....

Excellent post!
It will be a sad day for America if Hillary and Bill return to the White House. When they left, the newly elected Bush administration found a mess - computers and many other things inside the White House had been trashed by angry departing Democrats - not a sign of responsible leadership. |< << >> >|

by Curious (PM , CC ) on Sunday August 26, 2007 @ 5:27 PM

I just had to steal this comment from Cyberian's blog, it would be downright comical if it wasn't so damn pathetic, Computer's trashed!
On Bush's watch, the twin towers have fallen, New Orleans and the Mississippi coast A total disaster, Iraq is embroiled in a bitter civil war with tens of thousand of lives lost including almost 3800 American Soldiers!
New yorkers and the people of our southern coast are still waiting for the aid that was promised by this administration, but Bush and his gang of criminals, hand out multi-billion dollar contracts to Halliburton (Cheney's corp) to rebuild Iraq while our people still suffer.
Our constitution has been trashed, fuel prices have gone through the ceiling, 8 trillion dollar deficit, so yes I suppose this blogger does see responsible leadership in the Bush administration!
And just look at the chaotic mess that the next administration will inherit (if there is one) that Bush has left in his wake, not to mention the worldwide hatred that he has accrued on our behalf.. Thank you so much, you son of a bitch!
